General

In this tab super agency-, agency-, agency light and multi/single company administrators are created or modified.

User Interface

Administrators


Section 'Login'

Field Description
Username The username must be unique in the agency.
Name First- and surename of the administrator.
Password The password must contain at least 8 characters and must contain letters and numbers.

When creating a new administrator, a password will be suggested automatically.

E-Mail E-Mail address of the administrator.
Phone Phone number of the administrator.
Active Check box to activate or deactivate the administrator.

Support Function - Administrate agencies
add. managed agencies Allocate additional agencies for Administration. More agencies can be allocate by clicking "add new"
Can edit agency allows to modify the agency configuration & setup in the "my agency" tab.
Can create/delete companies allows to create/delete companies, if deactivated only edit companies are allowed
Support Function - Administrate companies
manage all companies allows to administrate all companies
managed companies Allocate the company for the administrator. More companies can be allocate by clicking "add new"
Can edit company allows to edit the company profile
Can create/delete travellers allows to create/delete travellers, if deactivated only edit travellers are allowed
Read-only Access allows only Read-mode
Profile Reminders
Module: Profile ReminderThis field indicates if the administrator wants to be informed of any expired profile data's of his associated traveller profiles.
  • none = no Reminders
  • Travellers without Credentials = Profile Reminders for Traveller without any credentials
  • All = Profile Reminders for all Profiles incl. Travellers with and without credentials
Linked traveller profile referenced traveller Profile. Administrator and traveller profile will be linked. Access rights are given to the traveller profile (former Profil Manager)

If the fields "Can edit Company" is acitvated and/or "Can create/delete companies" is deactivated the administrator can modify/edit the following fields in the company profile:

  • Street
  • Street 2
  • ZIP
  • Place
  • Country
  • Phone
  • Fax
  • Email, Email2, Email3
  • E-Mail invoice delivery
  • Generic fields "my agency" with READ_WRITE and/or COMPANY ONLY

Technical / Functional details

User authorization Levels

There are different hierarchical user authorization levels:

Circel Agency Admin
  • Home Agency
A administrator of a bundle of agencies (mostly TMC). Allowed to create/delete new agencies and modify the agency configruation & setup and to create/delete companies. Profile Center: the export of all travellers will create a CSV only for all travellers from the home agency.
Super Agency Admin
  • Home agency
  • Administrate agency
  • Add. managed agencies
  • Can edit agency
  • Can create/delete companies
A administrator of two or more agencies. Allowed to modify the agency configruation & setup and to create/delete companies.

Profile Center: the export of all travellers will create a CSV only for all travellers from the home agency.

Agency Admin
  • Home agency
  • Administrate agency
  • Can edit agency
  • Can create/delete companies
An administrator of one agency. Allowed to modify the own agency configuration & setup and to create/delete companies.
Agency light Admin
  • Home agency

  • Add. managed agencies (optional)
  • Can create/delete companies (acitve/deactive)
An administrator of one or more agencies, not allowed to access to the "my agency" tab for configuration & setup. Dependig on the user setup the administrator is allowed to create/delete companies.

Profile Center: Section "Publishing" and "Send credentials" are not shown

Single/Multi Company Admin
  • Administrate companies
  • Managed companies
  • Can edit company (acitve/deactive)
  • can delete/create travellers (acitve/deactive)
An company administrator of one or more companies. Depending on the user setup the administrator is allowed to edit the company profile and delete/create travellers.

Other Features

  • The red marked fields are mandatory.
  • All white fields can be filled in, but are not absolutely necessary.
  • The gray marked fields are optional and contain a drop down menu with a range of available options.
  • The error message is always displayed at the top of the profile.
  • The active button is highlighted.
  • The entered information will be confirmed as soon as the saving button has been pressed.
  • An access can only be sent after a profile has been saved.
  • In order to delete a profile, press the delete button. This Action can not be undone and is therefore definitely.
