Profile Reminder

The module "Profile Reminder" needs to be activated form the Umbrella-Supporter.

Function

Automatically Email Alerts for expired documents like credit cards, passports, visas or rail cards. One month before the expiry of he document a automatically email will be sent to the traveller, travel arranger, company or agency administrator. This will guarantee that the profiles are up-to-date.

If the traveller received credentials the Profile Reminder will also remember the travellers in case of 6 month not updated profiles. In case the traveller never received credentials no Profile Reminder is sent.

Specification

Following logic for profile reminder is designed. Reminder emails will be sent with the logic below.

If the Company and/or Agency Administrators have activated the Profile Reminder in CC a summary of all expired profiles is sent.
