Administrator

General

In this tab agency- and company administrators are created or modified. The company administrator assigned to a parent company, is allowed to create/modify all travellers from different companies which are associated to parent company.

The company administrator can modify the following fields in the company Profile:

• street
• street 2
• ZIP
• place
• country
• phone
• fax
• Email, Email2, Email3
• E-Mail invoice delivery
• generic fields "my agency"

User Interface

Section 'Login'

Field	Description
Username	The username must be unique in the agency.
Name	First- and surename of the administrator.
Password	The password has to be at least 8 characters and must contain letters and numbers. By creating new administrators a password will be suggested.
E-Mail	E-Mailaddress from the administrator.
phone	Phone from teh administrator.
Active	Check box to activated or deactivate the Administrator.

Sektion 'Einstellungen'

Feld	Beschreibung
Firma	Wird hier eine Firma gesetzt, so gilt dieser Administrator als ein Firmen-Administrator, eingeschränkt also auf die spezifische Firma. Für Reisebüro-Administratoren sowie System-Administratoren ist dieses Feld leer.
Reisebüro	Hier wird die Zugehörigkeit zu einem Reisebüro definiert. Für System-Administratoren wird das Reisebüro "Umbrella" gesetzt.
Sprache	Hier kann die Sprache der Benutzeroberfläche ausgewählt werden.
