Overview

This chapter presents the required and/or recommended configuration in the different GDS and IBE (internet booking engines).

Amadeus CSX

General

In order for Umbrella Faces to interact with Amadeus CSX, access must be setup by your local Amadeus Office. Please request a new WSAP (WebServiceAccessPoint) for our "Tensing" tool known with certification WO: 8104491.

Local (Sign-In) Security

We are recommending to administrate the Sign In on User-Level to avoid any profile modification/deletion/creations. The manual manipulation of any profile in Amadeus CXS will not be synchronized to Umbrella Faces. Sign In Setup “Rights and Duties”

Profile Credit Card Display

In case of usage of the Profile import function from Amadeus CSX we recommend to administrate the Sign In Attribute PCD to YES for the Webservices Sign in Username  e.g."UOU WSACCE". This configuration will allow to upload Profile Credit card numbers.

AeTM - Amadeus e-Travel Management

Site Parameters

The general site parameter settings need to be configured by Amadeus.

To allow access to the communities, Amadeus must add the communities to a Profil Link Interface.

Cytric

Please ask the cytric Global Services Team (cGS) to activate Cytric Companion. A Client_ID for all systems, with individual identification-pair for the systems is needed. Please note that the system name and identification-pair needs exactly the same spelling (capital and lower-case letters).

  • a list of all systems
  • the IP address of the Umbrella Faces server: 92.42.187.173, 193.16.220.0 - 193.16.220.255, 91.223.186.0 - 91.223.186.255
  • the endpoint for communication from cytric to external system: to be advised from Umbrella

cytric Companion for Profile Synchronization

The Client ID in the "cytric Companion for Profile Synchronization - Rules for Activation" need the following activations:

  • Inform about user profile creation
  • Inform about update of existing user profiles
  • Inform about deletion of user profiles
  • Allow the usage of overwrite functionality

Travelport (Galileo)

General

In order for Umbrella Faces to interact with Galileo, access must be setup by your local Galileo Office.Please request online access for your PCC with a new Host Access Profile (HAP), which needs to reference our CCCPT 178839.

Specific publishing translations

The usage of Special characters inside the Galileo Client files are very restricted, therefore a specific publishing translation is in place form Faces to Galileo.
