User authorization levels

There are three hierarchical user authorization levels:

• Travel agency administrator / agency (creates and maintains corporate travellers and profiles, including their logins, has the opportunity to make additional fields)
• Company- Administrator / company (maintains company profile and manages travelers profiles)
• Traveller / traveller manages his own profile)

Other Features

• The red marked fields are mandatory (mandatory).
• All white fields can be filled in, but not absolutely necessary.
• The gray marked fields are fields that are optional, in which a selection can be selected at options.
• The error message is always displayed at the top of the profile.
• The active button is highlighted.
• The entered information will be confirmed after the Save button is pressed.
• An access can only be sent after a profile has been saved.
• To set the profile to delete, the Delete button is pressed. This can not be undone and is thus definitely.
