Section 'Custom Field definitions'

On this page, additional fields can be defined, which will appear on the profiles depending on the selected type of profile. General, preferences, your team, travel documents and administration can be selected. In addition, new sections can be defined with a unique label. This selection determines, in which sections the defined field appear on the profiles.

Caption	This is the title of the field determined
Duty	The following obligations can be selected: O = optional, M = mandatory, CS = company-specific.
R/W ( visibilitiy)	AGENCY_ONLY: das Feld ist nur für Rb.-Admins sichtbar und editierbar COMPANY_ONLY: das Feld ist nur für Rb.-Admins und Fa.-Admins sichtbar und editierbar READ_ONLY: das Feld ist immer sichtbar, aber nur für Rb.-Admins editierbar READ_WRITE: das Feld ist immer sichtbar und editierbar
CSX Präfix	Hier wird der Amadeus Präfix eingetragen. Mögliche Präfixe sind AP, APE, OS, SR, RM, RC, RX, RMC (Categorie Remarks)
AeTM	Der Index des AeTM Custom Fields
Feld	Mögliche Werte sind INPUT (reuläres, einzeiliges Textfeld) und TEXTAREA (mehrzeiliges Textfeld)
Validierung	Dem generischen Feld kann eine Validierungsregel mitgegeben werden. Das Format ist grundsätzlich eine "regular expression". Einige typische Beispiele sind: Validierung Beschreibung .{5,7} Beiliebige Zeichen, aber Länge min. 5 Zeichen und max. 7 Zeichen sein [a-zA-Z]{3,} Nur Buchstaben, Länge min. 3 Zeichen Zudem kann eine Liste von möglichen Werten definiert werden. Dazu wird eine semikolon-separierte Liste eingetragen, mit vorangehender Zeichenfolge '[L'. Beispiele [L;Compact;Limousine;Sedan [L=-;CMP=Compact;LIM=Limousine;SED=Sedan Im ersten Beispiel wird als Feldwert 'Sedan' geschrieben, im zweiten 'SED'
Profiltyp	Bei dem Profiltyp wird zwischen – (Reisender und Firma), T (Reisender) und C (Firma) unterschieden, auf welchem Profil das Feld erscheint.

Section 'Profile Actions'

Field	Description
Action	Select COPY or FILTER for your action
Type of Profile	A distinction is made between Traveller and Company, T (Traveller) and C (Company). Select the Type of Profile on which the profile box appears.
Source	Indicate the source respectively the corresponding filter.
Target	Indicate the target or insert a free text if using the filter function.

Die Quelle für die COPY Funktion Firmen Daten können Profil Firma entnommen werden. Die Quelle für die COPY Funktion Reisenden Daten sind die im CSV File in Zeile 1 sichtbar sind. Sollen 0-n Listen (wie FQTV oder Pässe) kopiert werden, kann entweder mit einem Index (passports0, passports1) gearbeitet werden, oder mit dem Index-Platzhalter '#' (passports#). Letzterer kopiert dann alle vorhandenen Indizes.

Workflows / Processes

New fields can be added just by clicking on "Add New" in the field definition section. At the bottom of the field definitons section, a new section can be added by clicking on "Add New".

The profile actions can be added by clicking on "Add New".
